Always keep track of material consumption

Material consumption on a case: Do you regularly purchase goods that should actually be re-invoiced to the customer? Use EasyTime’s feature to keep track of material consumption for each individual customer.

With the materials module, each person registers the items they take from the warehouse or directly from the vehicle. With this module, employees are better at remembering to register, for example, a pack of screws used on a case.

​Material consumption is registered in the same entry as time spent. The module provides an overview of material consumption on a case/project and thus creates a correct basis for invoicing.

It is important to register material consumption on the project—regardless of whether it can be re-invoiced or not. When post-calculation is performed to determine whether the project or case resulted in a profit or loss, missing consumption data will distort the result.
